Goonhavern School - Kit car team green power racing Newquay
The year five kit car team of Goonhavern School Cornwall designed and built the dual battery powered 'green goblin'kit car for the championships and trials held at Newquay Tretherras School in July 2008.
This film follows the Goonhavern team and covers the second final heat of the Enduro race which involved school teams from Goonhavern, Perranporth, Newquay and St Columb minor.
The Newquay Juniors team driving 'Chough' ran out the impressive overall winners ahead of The Bishops School Newquay, who won the first final. Goonhavern School picked up the prize for the best car design.
