darwen stable fire ode to billy bunter and friends ukelele
billy bunter died in his stable in a fire, i wrote this song has a tribute to the horses that died that night. (my first song and my first attempt at writting one) he was my daughters horse, a really friendly chap, so sweet, i really do miss him, so much, even though he was not with us long, he was one of those horses that just got into your heart as soon as you meet them.
the fire was in darwen lancashire england, at whalley stud stables on the 14thjuly 2008. and was a arson attack, 4 horses died that day, another 3 where saved by the stable owner and firemen
