Cathedrals Express from Victoria to Canterbury West. 24th September 2008. 70013 Oliver Cromwell is a British Railways standard class 7 (also known as the Britannia class) preserved steam locomotive. The locomotive is notable as one of four steam locomotives to work the last steam rail tour on British Rail (BR) in 1968 before the steam ban. Oliver Cromwell was built at Crewe Works, being completed on 30 May 1951. Bromley has two railway stations with connections to Central London. Bromley South is located on the Chatham main line and is served by fast and local services to Victoria and Blackfriars. Bromley North is located at the end of a short branch line from Grove Park from where connections can be made for London Bridge, Cannon Street and London Charing Cross.
