Mysterious Hollywood Style letters appear above a small town in Wales, UK.
A mysterious Hollywood style sign has appeared on the hillside behind Machynlleth, Wales. The sign appeared on the morning of Saturday the 22nd of October 2005 and surprised local residents and visitors alike.
The 12 meter long sign was made by a group of friends from Machynlleth who kept it a complete secret during its construction and erection.
Their identities were revealed at the Machynlleth film festival on the evening of the same day, where a heart warming and entertaining film documenting the construction of the letters was shown.
The short film won 'Best Film' at the Pink Snowball awards, Machynlleth's first film festival.
