66157 heads east through Barry Station in June 2002 on the 09:20 6F69 Aberthaw - East Usk Yard empty EWS MGR coal hoppers trip. Note the old semaphore signals which have now been removed. When this video was taken the Vale of Glamorgan line was freight only with the occasional diverted passenger train from the Cardiff - Swansea mainline. 3 years later the line opened to passengers with the opening of new stations at Rhoose and Llantwit Major
