Leanna has been missing from Mitcham, Surrey, since 3 June 2008.
There is great concern for her due to her age and she is urged to call the confidential service Runaway Helpline on Freefone 0808 800 7070 for advice and support.
Leanna, who was born in Latvia, is 5ft 4ins tall, with brown eyes and dark shoulder-length hair.
